Practical automation, with a clear path to handover.

Reduce repetitive administrative work with the simplest suitable Microsoft, Google, AI or automation tools. Start with a free workflow review and, for suitable projects, a preliminary plan for one workflow. Subject to capacity; implementation is quoted separately.

What We Build

You install

Governed Build

We design, test and document the agreed automation or AI workflow. Your team or appointed installer installs it in your environment using the supplied instructions.

What’s included

  • Workflow configuration and instructions; prompts where AI is part of the agreed solution
  • Setup requirements for your agreed tools and environment
  • Validation test suite — what to run before go-live
  • Step-by-step installation guidance
  • Build Record — documentation of the agreed design, checks and limitations

Your installer needs appropriate technical skills, compatible accounts, licenses and administrator permissions. Your team runs the supplied tests before go-live. Installation by GovernarcAI is not included in this option.

We install

Full Build

Everything in Governed Build — plus we install it inside your environment. End-to-end delivery with operations handoff included.

What’s included

  • Everything in Governed Build
  • We install inside the agreed environment, then hand over to your team
  • User acceptance testing — we run it with you
  • Operations handoff meeting

You provide the agreed accounts, licenses, permissions and a contact to review testing. We install the agreed solution and run acceptance testing with you. Ongoing Operations support is available as a separately scoped engagement.

For either option, we confirm platform compatibility and prerequisites before quoting. Your agreement defines testing, documentation, handover, support and any corrections. New features, revisions and ongoing support need an agreed scope; they are not open-ended.

How It Works

  1. 1

    Tell us about one problem

Explain one repetitive task in your own words. No technical specification is needed.

  2. 2

    We assess fit

We consider your current tools and the simplest suitable approach, including options that do not need AI.

  3. 3

    Receive a free preliminary plan

For suitable projects, subject to capacity, we prepare a free preliminary plan for one workflow and review it with you.

  4. 4

    Choose whether to build

Any paid build is optional, separately scoped and quoted. You approve the scope and price before work starts.

What your preliminary plan includes

A plain-English outline of the problem, desired outcome and proposed workflow, with:

  • The trigger, main steps, output and tools involved.
  • Where a person needs to review or approve the work.
  • Assumptions, unanswered questions and what is outside the scope.
  • What a successful result would look like and the next steps toward a separately quoted build.

We review the plan with you to check that it captures the right problem. You can keep it without an obligation to buy.

The complimentary plan is preliminary, covers one workflow, and is subject to fit and capacity. It does not include implementation, a complete engineering specification, unlimited revisions, or guaranteed savings. There is no obligation to purchase a build.

A structured approach to building and testing

AI can help with tasks such as drafting, sorting and summarizing, but it can also make mistakes. Some workflows are better served by a form, a rule or a simple connection between tools.

We define the intended behavior of an AI build, check likely failure cases and document the result. Testing reduces uncertainty; it cannot guarantee freedom from hallucinations, drift or failures.

We agree the scope, review points and human responsibilities before a paid build begins.

For workflows that use AI, review the tasks, boundaries and delivery options we assess. Explore AI agent development

Define what the workflow should do.

Agree inputs, outputs, permissions and the cases that need a person to review them.

Plan for what happens after handover.

Document limitations and ownership. Changes to tools or business processes may need new testing and a separately agreed update.

Meet the founder

Thomas Wilhite

15+ years in leadership, technology adoption and workflow improvement.

Thomas’s path combines computer electronics engineering technology, frontline healthcare, informatics and business leadership. That experience shapes a practical question: how can a tool make someone’s work easier, while keeping important decisions with a person?

His background includes workflow redesign, technology implementation, Microsoft Power Platform, AI adoption and team education. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and has taught graduate-level healthcare informatics and data analytics.

Through GovernarcAI, Thomas brings that experience to small-business automation: understand the work, choose suitable tools, test likely failure points and explain the handover in plain language. You work directly with him to discuss fit and scope.

We also teach this.

Beyond building agents, we run on-site and virtual sessions that help teams understand how AI actually works — and how to adopt it responsibly. No hype, no vendor pitch.

  • How AI Actually Works — a plain-language session for business teams.
  • AI readiness briefings — for leadership weighing where to start.
  • Hands-on workshops — governed automation for the people who’ll run it.
