Website and form processing: Netlify hosts this website, stores form submissions and sends notification emails to our support mailbox, hosted by Spacemail. Hosting and form processing may include technical request data such as IP addresses, browser details and request timestamps for delivery, security and spam filtering. The form also records its originating page so we can understand where inquiries come from.

Website inquiry forms do not offer file uploads. Any information you send by email or another channel must also comply with the sensitive-data prohibition below. We do not use session replay or client-side behavioral analytics on this website.

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

2. Sensitive Data Policy

Do NOT submit the following through any channel, including after execution of an engagement agreement:

• Protected Health Information (PHI) or any HIPAA-covered data
• Personally identifiable information about your customers, employees, or third parties
• Financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or government-issued identifiers
• Classified or restricted business information
• API keys, credentials, or proprietary source code

Do not submit other confidential or NDA-covered material through public inquiry forms or preliminary inquiry communications. Non-sensitive confidential project information may be provided only through a channel expressly agreed under a signed confidentiality or engagement agreement, and only if you have the right to disclose it. Such an agreement does not waive the other prohibitions above or authorize disclosure to an external AI or tool service.

We use OpenAI’s ChatGPT to help assess information submitted through our inquiry forms. The assessment is provided to GovernarcAI’s owner for review; it does not by itself accept an engagement or send a reply to you.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website or delivering services, contractually required to protect your information. This includes Netlify for website and form processing, Spacemail for our support mailbox, and OpenAI’s ChatGPT for owner-reviewed inquiry assessment.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of GovernarcAI.
