AI agents built around your workflow and decisions
An AI agent can help sort requests, draft replies or summarize information. A useful business build also needs clear limits: what it may do, which information it may use and when a person must step in. GovernarcAI designs, tests and documents agreed AI workflows for small businesses.
For suitable projects, subject to capacity, the review includes a free preliminary plan for one workflow. Implementation is separately scoped and quoted. There is no obligation to purchase.
Request a Free Workflow ReviewChoose the task before choosing the technology
Start with one repeatable part of your operation. What starts the work? What information is needed? What should the result look like? Which decisions must stay with a person?
AI may be useful where the task involves interpreting ordinary language or preparing a draft from varied inputs. A form, rule or connection between existing tools may be a better fit when the steps are predictable. We assess the simplest suitable approach.
Possible workflows to assess
These are possible use cases, not off-the-shelf products or claims of completed client results. Tools, data access and feasibility are assessed for the specific project.
- Request triage: prepare a draft category, summary and suggested owner for a person to confirm.
- Follow-up preparation: draft a response from approved information, leaving review and sending with the designated person.
- Document summaries: identify requested details and flag missing information for review.
- Recurring reports: prepare a draft from agreed sources, with checks before it is shared.
Make the operating boundaries explicit
Testing helps expose problems. It cannot eliminate every error or guarantee that future changes will have no effect.
- Inputs: identify the permitted sources and what the workflow must not use.
- Authority: specify which actions are permitted and which need approval.
- Uncertainty: define when missing, conflicting or unfamiliar information goes to a person.
- Testing: agree what success looks like and check likely failure cases.
- Ownership: identify who reviews exceptions and who operates the workflow after handover.
What you receive in an agreed build
The agreed package describes the workflow, its configuration and instructions, setup requirements, tests, installation guidance and known limitations. A build record explains what was designed and checked. Your agreement defines the exact deliverables, acceptance process and support.
Choose a client-installed package, or a Full Build that includes installation in the agreed environment, acceptance testing with your team and handover. Your accounts, licenses, permissions and a responsible business contact are confirmed before quoting. Ongoing support and changes need a separately agreed scope.
See what a preliminary plan looks like
Our published sample follows a fictional internal request from a form to a reviewable task queue. It shows scope, review points, exceptions and questions to resolve before a quote. The example does not need AI and is not a completed build or a client case study.
Start with one workflow
Describe what happens today and what you want to make easier. A few sentences and your current tools are enough for an initial inquiry.
Share a general problem description and your own contact details only. Do not send sensitive, regulated, confidential or third-party personal information, credentials or proprietary code. No files are needed.
